Is your time limited and you just can’t get to a class? This DVD is for you. I’m a visual person when it comes to learning. I would much rather watch someone make bread than read their recipe! Easily mix batter, cold butter, ideal for heavy batters and all cookie dough batters! A must with your Bosch.
Metal Driver
If you don’t have the metal driver, you should add it. The metal driver helps prevent breakage of the paddles. If you have a plastic drive, replace it with the metal drive, do not use the plastic drive with your cookie paddles.

These come standard with Universal Plus, very light pourable batters, fast and fluffy meringue!
These will not work with cookie dough, or any thick quick bread batter. Use the cookie paddles for heavier batters!

The whisks have different spacing for thicker, still pourable batters. Very thick batters require the cookie paddles.
The whips and whisks are not under warranty because it is easy to damage them if not used properly.

Includes 3 disks, shredding/grating (reversible and fine), slicing (thick and thin), and French fry. A 12 cup capacity, fits on the low speed drive which is the same drive the bowl sits on.
FAQ: Would anyone want or need both the food processor and slicer/shredder?
We don’t think you need both. We like the slicer/shredder because it holds 12 cups. We use the french fry disk to chop our soup vegetables. The food processor holds 5 cups. The slicer/shredder does all the food processor does except chop. We like our food processor for making cracker dough, salsa and chopping nuts.
If you have to have the chopping and are not concerned about amount then the food processor is a great choice!

The food processor has a 5 cup capacity. This is a perfect choice for a family that doesn’t need a higher capacity bowl. The food processor will slice, shred, grate and chop.

The Bosch grinder minces meats, stuffings, and pretty much any food. Comes with a 4.5 mm disk for general mincing. There are other blades available for different consistencies. To use the grinder, the Universal is turned onto the rubber feet.
The meat grinder also is the basic attachment for the below accessories: Fruit and Berry Press, Grater for nuts and hard cheeses, Sausage Stuffer, Cookie and Pastry Press, and the Pasta Maker attachment.

This is the standard polypropylene bowl, with splash ring and lid (in-bowl accessories are not included.) One of these bowls is included with every new Bosch Universal Plus mixer. It’s listed here because some of our customers like having a second bowl. Capacity is 6.5 quarts (approx. 15 lbs. of dough.) This spare/replacement bowl is sold without dough hook, whip drive or whisks, because those pieces from the Universal Plus mixer’s standard plastic bowl fit onto this (identical) bowl.
