- 10 Gold potatoes
- 1 cup olive oil
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp pepper
- 3 tsp cayenne pepper
- 3 tsp paprika
- 3 tsp Shallot & Herb (You can use whatever you think will taste good)This seasoning will ensure the Crispy Potatoes taste amazing.
Preheat your oven to 400 and let’s get to cooking. To start, we are going to peel and cut the potatoes in half.
Then we boil the potatoes for about 8 to 10 minutes.
After you boil them, scrape the potatoes with a fork to help make them crispy.
Add the potatoes to a pan with lots of oil, and some yummy seasoning.
Mix it all together, and get it nice and coated. You can add more seasoning if you want as you mix since the oil washes it off.
Great! Now let’s add it to the oven and bake it for about 45 minutes or until it’s crispy enough to your likes. Achieving Crispy Potatoes takes some patience, but it is worth it.

- peel and cut potatoes into two half’sÂ
- boil potatoes for about 8 to 10 minutesÂ
- scrape potatoes with a forkÂ
- put them into a pan with the oil and seasoningÂ
- mix well together and make sure everything is coated
- bake for about 45 minutes or until it’s crispy enough to your likes
