Ingredients

10 gold potatoes
1 c. olive oil
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
3 tsp. cayenne pepper
3 tsp. paprika
3 tsp. Shallot and Herb Seasoning (or anything you think would be comparable)
Instructions
- peel and cut potatoes into two half’s
- boil potatoes for about 8 to 10 minutes
- scrape potatoes with a fork
- put them into a pan with the oil and seasoning
- mix well together and make sure everything is coated
- bake for about 45 minutes or until it’s crispy enough to your likes
- Enjoy!
Notes
If you want to, you can add more seasoning after you mix the potatoes, since the oil washes it off.
