Garden Salsa

Our favorite recipe for salsa, and just in time for the last of the tomatoes and jalapenos from the garden!

6 Roma tomatoes, chopped in a food processor or finely chopped by hand
1 14.5 oz. can Rotel tomatoes
1 medium red onion, finely diced
1 finely jalapeno, finely diced
1/2 bunch green onions, sliced
juice of 1 fresh lime
1 tsp. sea salt
1 tsp. ground cumin
fresh cilantro, as much as you want
black pepper to taste
  Mix well and chill for 2 hours. Serve corn or pita chips! ~ Serves 8
